And pls inspect every single product carefully once you received the designs. If there is any issue came out once you received the products. Defective rate is allowed like the stones fell even for famous brand like Cartier and Bulgari. What we can do is to make sure the stones inlaid good during the production and inspect each single piece before dispatch. Our quality control department will make sure all the products can be shipped while pass the quality checking . But still we can't 100% avoid some small defective issue. Tiny defective rate will truly exist and we would try to lower the defective rate.
